I was skeptical about functional mushrooms but the calm, steady focus this gives me is real—no jitters like my usual coffee. The MCT makes it blend smoothly and I actually look forward to my morning cup now.
The texture blends into my latte without any grit, and the MCT gives me that steady, focused buzz instead of the jittery crash I get from regular coffee. Honestly, my afternoon slump has pretty much disappeared since I started using it, and I feel noticeably more productive at work.
I’ve been adding this to my morning coffee for two weeks now, and the calm focus it gives me lasts well past lunch without any jittery crash. The mushroom blend with MCT is subtle enough that it doesn’t change the taste, which I really appreciate.
