I’ve tried a lot of mushroom blends and this one actually gives me that steady, focused calm without any jitters—the MCT makes it dissolve into oat milk with zero clumps. The 30-serving bag is perfect for my morning routine, and I swear my afternoon slump is basically gone now.
I’m about halfway through the jar and the calm, steady focus it gives me is exactly what I needed for long work sessions, with no jittery crash like regular matcha. The MCT makes it mix up creamy without any extra milk. Happy with this purchase.
That first cup in the morning actually got me through a full afternoon of deep work without the usual crash. The MCT blend makes it creamy enough that I don't miss my usual latte, and the calm focus is real. Thirty servings is lasting me longer than I expected, too.
