The MCT in this blend keeps my energy steady through the afternoon without any jittery crash, and I've noticed my focus during deep work sessions has genuinely improved. It’s become a non-negotiable part of my morning routine, and the calm productivity boost is exactly what I was hoping for.
I’ve been on the plan for about six weeks now and the functional mushrooms have made a real difference in how steady my focus feels during afternoon work sessions. The MCT blend sits easy on my stomach too, which I wasn’t expecting.
Three months in and the calm energy is subtle but real—I get through afternoons without that 3pm crash, and the mushroom blend makes it feel less like a caffeine buzz and more like steady focus. The subscription delivery also means I never have to remember to reorder, which is worth it on its own.
