I’ve been mixing one scoop into my morning coffee routine and the MCT makes it blend so smoothly—no grittiness at all. I've been scooping this into my morning coffee instead of a latte, and the calm focus it gives me is unreal—no jitters, just steady work energy. The MCT makes it mix up smooth without that chalky texture I was bracing for.

The 60-serving pouch has lasted me over two months of daily use, and the MCT blend keeps the texture smooth without any clumping. I’ve swapped my afternoon coffee for this and the calm focus is real, though the mushroom taste takes a day to get used to.
