I’ve been drinking this every morning for two weeks now, and the calm focus it gives me lasts through my whole work block without the jittery crash I used to get from coffee. The 60-serving jar is a solid value, and I love that it’s got MCT in there for steady energy.
The texture blends smoothly into my morning shake, and the MCT keeps me focused well past lunch without that coffee crash. I'm already three weeks in and the 60 servings will easily stretch past two months for me.
I’ve been swapping my afternoon coffee for this and the calm focus is real—no jitters, just steady energy that lasts past lunch. The MCT blend mixes cleanly into my morning smoothie, and one pouch genuinely covers two months of daily use.
