I wasn’t expecting to feel the difference so quickly, but by day three the calm, steady focus kicked in and I’ve been reaching for it every morning instead of my usual second coffee. The MCT makes it creamier than plain matcha, and one scoop dissolves without any clumps.
The morning brain fog is gone; I’m actually getting through my to-do list without that jittery crash my usual coffee gave me. The MCT makes it creamy enough that I don’t miss milk, and the earthy mushroom taste blends in nicely with the matcha.
