Mörkrostat svampkaffe (3-månadersuppgradering)

Three months in and I’m still reaching for it every morning—the MCT makes it froth up nicely and the calm focus lasts well past lunch without any jittery crash. Even on my busiest days, my mood stays steadier than with regular coffee, which is saying a lot.

I’ve been sipping this for about three weeks now and the calm focus it gives me is real, not jittery like regular coffee. The blend with functional mushrooms and MCT actually keeps me productive through the afternoon without that crash.

The MCT oil makes the texture velvety instead of gritty, and I’ve noticed my afternoon slump is basically gone. Calm focus without the jitter—that’s exactly what I needed.
