The MCT in this blend gives me that smooth, steady focus without the jittery crash I used to get from regular coffee. It’s become my morning ritual that actually makes me feel productive and, honestly, a bit happier by mid-morning.
I wasn’t expecting the mushroom blend to actually smooth out my afternoon slump, but the focus it gives me lasts for hours without the jittery crash. The MCT oil makes it creamier than any black coffee I’ve tried, and I’ve genuinely noticed a calmer, steadier mood since swapping to this.
The dark roast is smooth enough to drink black, and the calm focus it gives me lasts well past my usual afternoon slump. I’ve swapped my second cup for this and my adrenal fatigue feels noticeably lighter by evening.
