I’ve tried a lot of morning rituals, but this is the first one that actually gets me through a full afternoon without the usual 2 p.m. crash. The functional mushrooms and MCT really do their job—I’m sharp but relaxed, not jittery. Even my coworkers have noticed I’m less scattered in meetings.

The calm, focused energy kicked in about 20 minutes after my morning cup, and I actually got through my whole to-do list without that jittery crash. The mushroom blend and MCT make it feel noticeably smoother than regular coffee.

I was skeptical about mushroom coffee, but after a week of drinking this blend I’ve noticed a steady, calm focus without the jitters I used to get from regular coffee. The MCT oil gives it a smooth finish that really keeps me going through my morning meetings.
